摘要
青年教师是高职院校师资队伍的主力军,是推动高职教育事业科学发展的重要力量,加强对青年教师师德建设是高职院校一项根本性和长期性的工作。新时期,高职院校应该用科学的理论武装青年教师的头脑,进一步加强对青年教师师德的教育培养。不断完善教学质量监控与评价机制,完善师德建设激励机制;不断提高青年教师师德水平,为高职人才培养质量的提升提供保障。
Young teachers are the the development of higher vocational main force in higher vocational colleges and an important factor to promote education. Strengthening the moral construction of young teachers is a fundamental and long-term work in Higher Vocational colleges. In the new period, higher vocational colleges should make young teachers armed with scientific theory, further strengthen the education and training of young teachers, improve teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism, perfect the incentive mechanism of moral construction, and improve teachers moral level to guarantee that the quality of vocational talent training can be enhanced.
