摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以多潘立酮口服,治疗组在此基础上加用自拟健脾消痞方口服,连续治疗1个月后,观察总体疗效。结果治疗组总有效为91.67%,明显高于对照组的72.22%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫,疗效优于单用西医治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating diabetic gastro- paresis. Methods The patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomLy divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group orally took domperidone, while on this basis the treatment group was added with self-designed oral Chinese medicine Jianpixiaopi Decoction. The overall efficacy results after 1- month treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The curative efficacy of the treatment group was 91.67%, superior to that of the control group was 72.22% with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than single Western medicine in the treat- ment of diabetic gastroparesis.
