摘要
为分析袋式除尘器脉冲喷吹清灰过程,加深了解清灰机理,利用VDI脉冲喷吹试验装置,测定不同喷吹压力下滤料两侧的压力、压差、滤布运动位移和加速度,通过数据采集系统记录清灰全过程中各参数值,并进行动态分析。结果表明,清洁侧压力和滤布两侧压差在达到压力峰值之前,其上升明显分为3个阶段,第1个压差峰值与最大反向加速度同时出现,喷吹后滤布迅速运动到极限位移,直至压差接近0时才开始迅速回复到初始状态。喷吹压力越大,相应的参数峰值均越大,清灰能力越强,且脉冲气流形成的第1个压力峰值对滤料的第1次冲击对清灰起到决定性作用。
To analyze the pulse-jet cleaning process and deepen understanding of dust cleaning mecha- nism for hag filter, pulse-jet cleaning process was studied using a VDI type rig. Clean side pressure, dust side pressure, pressure drop, acceleration and displacement of filter fabric under different tank pressure conditions were measured experimentally. The parameters were recorded through data acquisition system in whole process, and a dynamic analysis was implemented . The results show that evolution of clean side pressure and pressure drop could be divided into three stages in a cleaning cycle before peak pressure that both first peak pulse overpressure and maximum minus acceleration of filter fabric appear simultaneously, that fabric~, displacement gets its maximum instantly, and sustains at that level until the pressure drop to zero, and then returns to its initial value in that higher tank pressure, the greater values of peak parame- ters, the stronger the cleaning ability, and that first shock due to first peak pulse overpressure plays a deci- sive role in fabric filter pulse-jet cleaning.
