摘要
为完善安全科学理论体系,促进安全工程学科的发展,基于安全工程学科的特点,提出安全工程原理的定义及其研究对象。总结归纳出安全工程原理的7个二级原理,即设备设施功能安全原理、人造物宜人原理、环境安全原理、人造物稳固原理、合理空间尺度原理、最小能量原理和输入输出畅通原理,并研究这7个二级原理的定义和内涵。从人、物、环境因素的角度来分析安全工程原理的应用机理,结果表明,各二级原理对安全工程发展的重要指导作用。根据安全工程原理,设计研发深井受限空间环境与安全人工智能仿真试验系统。
In order to enrich the theory system of safety science and facilitate the development of safety engineering discipline, the definition of safety engineering principle and its objects were given based on characteristic of safety engineering discipline. 7 subordinate principles of safety engineering principle were identified, including functional safety principle of equipment and facilities, pleasant artifacts principle, environmental safety principle, stable artifacts principle, the principle of reasonable spatial scale, the min- imum energy principle and unimpeded principle of input and output. Concepts and connotations of 7 subordinate principles were studied. The application mechanism of safety engineering principle was ana- lyzed according to factors of human, machine, and environment, and subordinate principles played an im- portant role to guide development of safety engineering. The artificial intelligence equipment for simulation of environment and safety conditions in deep confined space of mines was designed based on safety engi- neerin~ DrinciDle.
