摘要
肿瘤大小和核分裂象(MF)被视为最重要和最方便的、组织学标准下预测多种肿瘤生物学行为的客观指标,因此统计病理切片中核分裂象的个数是判断肿瘤的重要依据之一。本文试图利用数字图像处理技术,从核分裂像的染色状态着手,对病理切片中的各个成分进行颜色上的分析,为最终实现核分裂象的计数、辅助临床做出正确诊断提供依据。
Tumor size and mitotic figures (MF) is considered the most important and the most convenient objective indicator to predict the behavior of a variety of tumor biology, so the statistics biopsy in the number of mitotic activity is an important basis of de- termining a tumor. This paper attempts to use digital image processing technology, from the state to proceed mitotic staining of tissue sections on the various components of the color analysis for the eventual mitotic count, assistant clinical make a correct diagnosis.
