摘要
对甘肃天水、定西、张掖、酒泉等地的农村学前教育现状进行抽样调查,发现该地区农村学前教育发展的问题有:地方幼教管理具有"少、偏、行政化和商业化"色彩;学前教育经费来源的异变;留守幼儿面临家庭教育的缺失;幼儿教师的专业性水平低而层次不齐;全教育环境中的潜在学前教育观念难以更新.基于此,应重视建立适宜于甘肃农村的幼教管理体制,重视培养与培训能够长期热爱、执行幼教工作的教师,并加强幼教舆论宣传,优质整合全教育环境等.
Through the sampling survey on the status quo of rural preschool education in Tianshui, Dingxi, Zhangye, Jiuquan and other places in Gansu Province, we find the following problems of preschool education development in the countryside firstly, the local management of preschool education has features of administerization and commercialization. Secondly, preschool education fund sources have shifted. Thirdly, left-behind children are confronting the lack of family education. Fourthly, the professional level of preschool teachers is low and uneven. Lasly, the potential concepts of preschool education in whole educational environment are difficult to update. Therefore, the preschool education managerial system should be established for Gansu rural areas, More attention should be paid to train preschool teachers who love education, strengthening the propaganda of preschool education, optimizing and integrating the whole educational environment.
