沥青路面-熨平-压实复合振动动力学耦合建模与仿真

摘要 基于复合振动耦合原理,利用MATLAB仿真软件分析车载式沥青路面再生养护车六自由度复合振动动力学耦合模型系统中关键参数对熨平板和压实钢轮工作响应的影响,并对所建模型系统的固有振动频率进行横向和纵向对比研究。结果表明:该模型系统能使沥青混合料在最佳温度下得到碾压,提高沥青路面的质量;减小连接板、熨平板和压实钢轮的质量,增加系统的固有振动频率;减小熨平板振幅,提高系统动态性能。 Based on composite vibration coupling theory, key parameters of proposed vehicular asphalt pavement maintenance car's six-degree-of-freedom composite vibration dynamics coupling model's influence on work responses of screed and compaction wheels was analyzed by MATLAB, and the inherent vibration frequency was studied. The results show that the quality of pavement is improved by rolling asphalt mixture in time at optimum temperature. The inherent vibration frequency is increased by reducing the mass of connection block, screed and compaction wheels; the system's dynamic performance can be improved by reducing the screed's amplitude.
