酚试剂分光光度法测定工业废水中的甲醛

摘要 采用酚试剂分光光度法测定工业废水中甲醛的含量,探讨了反应温度、显色时间以及硫酸铁铵用量等因素对测定结果的影响。实验结果表明,在室温下显色时间30rain、质量分数为l%的硫酸铁铵用量O.4mL时.加标回收率在98.08%-102.6%之间,测定结果令人满意。 The formaldehyde in industrial wastewater was determined by phenol reagent spectrophotometry .The influence of factors (including reaction temperature, color reaction time and amount of ammonium ferric sulfate)on the measurement were discussed . The experiment results showed that,when tested at room temperature, the color reaetion time was 30min and the amount of ammonium ferric sulfate was 0.4 ml/L, the average recoveries were 98.13% 102.6%, which was satisfying.
