摘要
为了使武钢高炉达到经济性喷煤的目标,通过煤资源调查,掌握了适合武钢喷吹用煤的煤源情况;通过对高炉大煤比条件下的风口理论燃烧温度进行计算,分析了影响高炉喷煤的主要因素;通过对武钢高炉炉尘中的残碳量及其来源进行分析,发现目前操作条件下炉尘中源自煤粉的碳量占总碳量的10%左右,此结果已用于研究未燃煤粉在炉内的利用状况及评估高炉喷吹煤粉的燃烧情况;通过对高炉操作指标进行统计分析,发现煤比在160~170kg/t时,高炉燃料比较低。实践结果表明,上述经济性喷煤技术在5号高炉应用后,在煤比仅略增加0.8kg/t的情况下,焦比降低了9.7kg/t。
In order to optimize pulverized coal injection for the blast furnaces in WISCO, suitable coal grades used for injection have been determined by a systematic survey on coal resources. By calculating theoretical flame temperature in front of tuyere under the condition of high PCI ratio, main factors that influence pulverized coal injection have been analyzed. By analyzing the residual carbon amount in blast furnace dust and finding out its source, a conclusion can be made that the proportion of unburnt pulverized coal in blast furnace dust was about 10 % under the present operation conditions. The results could be used for acquaintance with the utilization of unburnt pulverized coal in blast furnace and to evaluate the situation of pulverized coal utilization. By means of statistical analysis on blast furnace operation indexes, it was found that fuel rate was lower when coal ratio was 160-170 kg/t. The practical results showed that after using the economical pulverized coal inieetion technology, coke rate of No. 5 BF of WISCO had been reduced by 9. 7 kg/t while coal rate slightly increased by 0.8 kg/t.
