摘要
为解决拱顶罐在储存轻质油品时蒸发损耗大的问题,采取了将拱顶罐改造为铝制内浮顶罐的措施,结合改造过程中的实际情况,给出了铝制内浮顶罐在安装使用及维修过程中在安全方面应注意的问题,提出了保证储罐运行安全的具体措施。
To solve the problem of evaporation loss of light product oil stored in dome roof tank,the modification of dome roof tank to inner floating roof tank has been made in Heilongjiang Petrochemical Plant. According to the actual modification, the safety problems to be focused on in the installation and maintenance of aluminum floating roof and safety measures to tank operation have been given.
