摘要
十白高速花石沟碳质片岩隧道围岩变形大,持续时间长,易造成支护变形、开裂、侵限,给现场施工进度及安全造成较大的影响。通过分析围岩变形数据,总结出碳质片岩的变形特点,在此基础上,提出了适合现场的施工技术,包括半断面正台阶法施工方案、弱爆破与机械联合开挖法和加强的支护参数等。实践证明,该技术有效地控制了围岩变形,保证了隧道施工顺利进行。
The large deformation, cracking and clearance-intrusion of primary support due to the carbonaceous schist in Shiyan-Baihe expressway Huashigou tunnel affect the on-site construction schedule and security. Based on the deformation data of surrounding rock, the characteristics of carbonaceous schist are summarized. The construction technology for Huashigou carbonaceous schist tunnel is proposed including the bench cut method, weak blasting-machine combined excavation and reinforced support, which controls the deformation of tunnel effectively.
