摘要
研究了泥炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石、黄土、河沙不同基质配比对茶树穴盘扦插繁育效果的影响。结果表明:采用泥炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石等轻基质能明显提高插穗生根率、促进根系和茶苗生长;泥炭土—珍珠岩(5∶1,V/V)混合基质中生长的茶苗成活率较高,苗高、茎粗和新生叶片数明显高于其他处理。
The effect of different substrates on the propagation of tea plug seedling was studied with peat soil , perlite, vermiculite, loess and river sand as raw materials .The results showed that the cutting survival rate , root and tea plant growth were significantly increased by using light-medium such as peat soil, perlite, vermiculite and so on. The survival rate, plant height, stem diameter and number of new leaves in the substrate of peat-perlite(5∶1) were higher than other treatments .
