摘要
在分析装载机的动臂、铲斗、油门3个主要工作部件的运动特征的基础上,设计了一款具有一定通用性的工程机械电气控制器。该控制器在硬件上集成了3个操纵杆和7个传感器输入接口、1个油门电机接口、4个比例阀电磁铁接口,以及故障监测报警模块、参数显示模块和模拟PID控制器模块。在软件方面研究了基于μC/OS-II嵌入式实时操作系统的应用程序设计,该控制器能实现对装载机动臂、铲斗、油门的控制,以及对动臂和铲斗油缸压力、油温、水温等状态的监测报警。
On the analysis of the movement characteristics of the loader boom, bucket and throttle, the loader e- lectrical controller is designed. The controller in hardware uses three joysticks and seven sensor input inter- faces, one throttle motor interface, four proportional valve electromagnet interfaces, as well as fault monitoring and alarm module, parameter display module and the analog PID controller module. On the software side, the design of application based on μC/OS-Ⅱ is studied. The controller can control the loader boom, bucket, throt- tle, and monitor and alarm on the state of the boom and bucket cylinder pressure, oil temperature, water tem- perature, etc.
