摘要
针对压力容器的微裂纹缺陷,以S25H-20型有机热载体锅炉为被测对象开发了声发射缺陷监测系统,该系统采用LabVIEW软件设计人机界面,包含了声发射信号采集、存储与回放,提取关键参数等功能,并通过接口功能结合Matlab强大的信号处理能力进行混合编程,实现对圆柱体压力容器的底面缺陷的快速准确定位。
An acoustic emission (AE) monitoring system has been developed for micro-crack monitoring of pressure vessel, and used on S25H-20 organic heat carrier boiler. In this system, human-machine interface (HMI) designed by LabVIEW, with functions of signal acquisition, storage and replay, and key-parameter ex- traction is adopted. With the powerful signal processing capability of Matlab, the defects on cylindrical pressure vessel bottom surface can be rapidly and accurately located.
