摘要
随着经济的发展,我国对技能型人才的需要越来越大,职业学院是专门培养职业型人才的地方,近几年来,国家大力的发展职业教育,为了适应社会对人才的需要,学校需要采取校企合作的方式。西式面点作为职业型很强的一个专业,同样需要采用校企的方式。笔者提出了采用校企合作的方式来培养实用型西式面点人才,具体如下。
With the development of economy, China has become a large skilled talents market. Vocational college is a specialized occu-pation training place for talents. In recent years, China has paid more attention to vocational education, in order to meet the need of the society for talents. The School needs to adopt the ways of cooperation with enterprise. As a professional major, western style pastry also need to adopt this way. This paper puts forward the ways combined school with enterprise to train practical talents.
