摘要
目的了解居民对精神卫生知识知晓情况及对社区精神卫生服务的需求。方法运用市疾病预防控制精神卫生分中心编制的、世界卫生组织推荐的问卷,对15个街镇的30个居委750户2 021名居民进行调查。结果居民精神卫生基本知识知晓率平均为65.7%;对常见精神疾病识别率,最高为36.17%;对与精神卫生服务相关的信息了解最高不超过50%;在精神卫生服务需求方面,与精神卫生服务相关的12项目认为非常重要的不足50%,对精神卫生服务的信息认为"能够得到"的最高不足25%。结论市民精神卫生知识知晓率偏低,对精神卫生服务信息掌握不足,重视和开展健康促进是精神卫生服务今后的重要任务。
Objective To study local residents＇ awareness rate and service demand for mental health. Methods Totally 2 021 local residents from 750 families of 30 communities in 15 towns were surveyed by questionnaires designed by CDC and recommended by WHO. Result Local residents＂ average awareness rate of basic mental health information was 65.7%. Rec- ognition rate for common mental disorders was 436.170%. Awareness rate for information related to mental health services was 450 %. For mental health service demand, less than 50 % of surveyed subjects acknowledged the importance of 12 related pro- jects. Less than 25 % surveyed subjects considered mental health related information was available. Conclusion Local resi- dents＂ awareness rate of mental health was low, they were lack of mental health service information. Emphasis on health pro- motion and implementation of mental health services are major tasks in the future.
