摘要
目的探讨应用中药注射剂不良反应发生的规律和特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对本院2011—01~2012—12收集到的有关中药注射剂的52例不良反应进行分析。结果中药注射剂ADR发生率为8.9%,全部为静脉滴注;以中老年居多,占61.54%;不良反应主要发生在给药后30min内,占82.69%;临床症状以皮肤及其附件损害为主,为23例,占44.23%。结论临床医师、药师应重视中药注射剂的不良反应,合理应用能够减少其不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injections for their rational application in practice. Methods Fifty-two ADR cases induced by TCM injections from January 2011 to December 2012 in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The proportion of ADR induced by TCM injections was 8.9%. All patients were administrated by intravenous drip, in which, 61.54% was the middle-aged and elderly, 82.69% occurred in 30 min, 44.23% showed lesions of skin and its appendages. Conclusion Doctors and pharmacists should pay more attention to monitor ADRs induced by TCM injections, so as to improve rational drug application and reduce the occurrence of ADRs.
