摘要
目的通过对本院的药物咨询记录进行分析,找出药物咨询的规律,为今后药物咨询打好基础,从而提高本院药物咨询的水平。方法对本院的药物咨询记录按咨询者身份、咨询药物内容进行列表分析。结果咨询对象以患者及家属为主,咨询内容以药物的药理作用及不良反应为主,分别是31.1%和19.2%。结论开展药物咨询有利于医、药、患三者的沟通,提高精神病患者用药的依从性,降低复发率,从而提高本院医疗和药学服务质量。
Objective To study the medicine consultation and to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods Medicine consultation records of the hospital were listed, analyzed and summarized according to the consultation content. Results The content of consultation service was focused on pharmacological effects (31. 1% ), and adverse reactions ( 19.2% ). The major consulting objects were patients and their family members. Conclusion Medicine consultation can be helpful to communication among physicians, pharmacists and patients. It can also improve the medication compliance of psychiatric patients and reduce the relapse rates. Therefore, we can enhance the quality of clinical and pharmaceutical service.
