摘要
在描述安徽省大麦生产现状的基础上,结合对安徽省大麦主产区典型农户的生产成本收益实地调查资料,分析了大麦种植的特点、品种和销售市场,详细比较了小规模种植户和大规模种植农户生产大麦的成本收益情况。针对大麦产业发展中存在的科研基础薄弱、比较收益低、产销脱节等问题,建议政府加大育种和栽培管理技术方面的科技投入,扶持大麦生产专业合作社,鼓励订单农业,以充分发挥安徽省生产大麦的潜力。
On the basis of description of barley production status in Anhui province, combining with the fieldwork data of cost and benefit of typical barley farmers in major barley producing areas, the authors analyzed the characteristics and varieties of barley planting and market, and compared the cost-benefit between small-scale farmers and large-scale farmers. According to a series of problems in the barley industry development, such as weak foundation of scientific research, low comparative profits, dislocation between production and need, this paper suggested that the government should increase science ＆ technology input on breeding and cultivation management techniques, support barley production cooperatives and encourage contract farming to take full advantage of the potential of Anhui barley production.
