摘要
脓毒血症是临床常见的急症,进展快,病死率高,医疗花费巨大,严重危害着人类的生命健康。尿源性脓毒血症由泌尿道感染造成,随着泌尿外科微创技术的广泛应用以及细菌耐药性的不断增强,尿源性脓毒血症发病率高且后果严重,已经引起了越来越多的重视。
As a common clinical emergency, urosepsis impairs the health of human severely with fast disease progression, high mortality and large medical costs. Urosepsis is caused by urinary infection, which has been exacerbated by widely used minimal invasive in urology and stronger bacterial resistance. Therefore, urosepsis demands intensive attention from urologists.
