摘要 以国产OCC浆为原料,用漆酶处理纸浆来提高成纸强度,对漆酶处理国产OCC纸浆最佳工艺条件进行优化。优化后漆酶处理国产OCC纸浆最佳工艺条件为:漆酶用量为16U/g(相对绝干浆),浆浓度5%,温度50℃,pH=5.0,反应时间为90min。结果表明:与单独用漆酶处理相比,干抗张指数与湿抗张指数分别增加了6.88%、27.3%;同时发现,漆酶体系中加入组氨酸介体,可明显提高纸浆的强度性能;生物与机械共同处理纸浆能够更大幅度提高OCC浆的成纸强度。环境扫描电镜图发现:与对照样组相比,用漆酶-组氨酸处理的纤维表面上观察到更多的塌陷和更多的原纤维生成,这是导致形成更强的纤维结合力,提高成纸强度的原因。 Taken domestic OCC pulp as raw material, the conditions to treat domestic OCC pulp with laccase treatment was optimized to improve paper strength. The optimum conditions for laccase treatment were: laccase dosage 16U/g based on dry pulp, pulp consistency 5%, temperature 50℃, pH=5.0 and reaction time 90min. The results show that the dry tensile index and wet tensile index are increased by 6.88% and 27.3% respectively: at the same time, the addition of mediator histidine in laccase system can obviously improve the strength of the pulp properties, compared to the treatment with laccase alone; furthmore, modification by both biological and mcchanical treatment can raise the paper strength from OCC pulp in larger extcnt. It was lbund that environmental scanning microscope images show that more fibrillation and collapse noticed on the surface of fiber treated by laccase- histidine than the fiber in the contrast control sample, which is the reason to result in stronger bonding force between fibers to raise the paper strength from laccase histidine treated OCC pulp.
