摘要
通过在人工配制的含有乐果的营养液中培养沉水植物,研究了穗状狐尾藻、金鱼藻对水体中乐果的净化效果。结果表明:在相同的试验条件下穗状狐尾藻对乐果的净化作用比金鱼藻更为稳定,穗状狐尾藻的去除率更高。可以将穗状狐尾藻和金鱼藻适当联合培养,能对有机磷农药起到更好的净化效果。
By cultivating submerged macrophytes in artificial nutrient solution with dimethoate, this paper studied the purification effect of Myriophyllum spicatum and Ceratophyllum demersum on the dimethoate in water. The results showed that: under the same experimental conditions, the purification effect of Myriophyllum spicatum on dimethoate was more stable than that of Ceratophyllum demersum, and the removal rate of Myriophyllum spicatum was also higher. Thus, to get better purification effect on organophosphorus pesticide, the Myriophyllum spicatum and Ceratophyllum demersum can be cultivated jointly.
