摘要
量块作为长度基准在长期使用过程中难免会造成表面光洁度的降低,影响测量的准确度,通过JB-4C精密粗糙度仪对量块工作面的不同位置进行了光洁度的检验。通过其表面粗糙度检测报告,分析出量块经阶段性使用后表面光洁度的变化情况,从而判断出量块能继续使用或对其进行及时修理。
Gauge block as length benchmark in long-term use process will reduce the surface rough- ness and affect the measurement accuracy. In this articl, surface finish of gauge block working face at different positions was inspected by JB-4C precision roughness tester. The changes of gauge block sur- face roughness after periodically used was analyzed by the surface roughness test report and whether to continue to use gauge block or to repair was determined
