摘要
根据郑州白坪煤矿东翼大巷强力带式输送机从600 t/h提能至1 000 t/h的要求,通过提速、增加驱动等方式确保用最少的费用、最短的时间、安全可靠地实现产能提升改造。巧妙地设计转载方式解决空间受限情况下的凹弧变坡输送。通过采用液体黏性软启动装置及其基于该装置的功率平衡设计,为设备可靠运行提供了保障,也为设计人员和用户提供思路和借鉴。
According to the requirements of improve upward transport capacity from 800 t/h to 1 000 t/h of main roadway belt convey at east wing of Baiping Coal Mine at Zhengzhou,To ensure that use the least coast and the shortest time to implement reform of productivity improvement safety and reliable by speed up,increasing the drive. To solve transportion at concave variable slope at limited space by de- sign transfer mode cleverly. To provide safeguard for equipments operation reliable and to provide ideas and reference for desugners and users by adopt liquid viscous soft start equipment and the design of the design of power balance based on eouiDments.
