摘要
针对济东矿区某矿煤层赋存情况,通过液压支架与煤层赋存条件适应性分析,对综采工作面液压支架的主要结构进行选型设计,并通过工程类比法和顶板分类法对液压支架的支护强度进行了理论计算,确定了支架的主要参数和结构形式,为国内类似煤层条件下的液压支架选型设计提供了依据。
Through analyzing the adaptability of the powered support to the occurrence ot coal mine oI Jidong mining area, the main structure lectotype and design of powered support in the fully mechanized coal face was carried out. The support strength was calculated comprehensively using engineering analogy and roof classification methods. The determination method of the powered support's major parameter and structure provides references for type selecting and designing of powered support in coal seam with the similar condition.
