血前降钙素与C-反应蛋白检测在细菌性脑膜炎早期诊断中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清前降钙素(PCT)与C-反应蛋白(CRP)在细菌性脑膜炎(菌脑)与病毒性脑炎(病脑)早期鉴别诊断中的价值。方法采用双抗体夹心免疫发光法测定23例菌脑、26例病脑血清PCT含量,同时采用乳胶凝集比浊法测定血清CRP含量,并进行统计学分析。结果菌脑组血清PCT和CRP含量明显高于病脑组(P〈O.01)。结论PCT联合CRP检测是早期鉴别菌脑和病脑灵敏而有效的指标。 Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis in early stage of serum procalcitonin ( PCT ) and C-reactive protein ( CRP ) in bacterial meningitis and viral encephalitis. Methods To detect the level of serum procalcitonin by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) in 23 cases of bacterial brain and 26 cases of viral meningitis, while discovering the serum CRP levels by Latex agglutination turbidimetric method, and analyzed statistically. Results The levels of serum PCT and CRP in bacterial meningitis were significantly higher than those in viral encephalitis, the difference was significant between two groups ( P〈0.01 ) . Conclusion The joint detection of PCT and CRP testing were sensitive and effective indicators in early identification of bacterial meningitis and viral encephalitis.
