摘要
高职院校毕业生就业困难问题的产生是受多方面因素影响的，本文从高职毕业生自身因素出发．把握新形势下就业工作的主要内容，创新理念和机制，有组织、有计划、有步骤地做好就业指导工作；帮助毕业生树立正确的就业思想，引导他们走上匹配的工作岗位。通过对高职院校毕业生自身因素来分析就业困难的原因，强化职业素质和技能训练，转变自身就业观念，加强学生创业意识等切实可行的对策，充分做好就业指导工作，提高学生就业竞争力。
Employment difficulty of vocational college graduates can be attributed to multiple factors. This article proceeded from the self-factors of the vocational college graduates, introduced main con- tent, innovative ideas and mechanism of jobs under new employment situation, and guided on job-seeking in an organized, planned and step-by-step manner, aiming to help the graduates to establish the correct employment ideas and lead them to find suitable jobs. By analyzing self-factors of the vocational college graduates, this article tries to find the reasons for employment difficulty and carry out feasible measures like professional quality and skill training, employment concept change, pioneering consciousness etc. to the full display of employment guidance, so that the students＇ competitiveness can be raised.
