摘要
“金牌员工”已成为许多高职院校人才培养工作的出发点与目标。在二级学院具有一定办学自主权的背景下,开展针对二级学院“金牌员工”培养工作评价,能落实高职院校人才培养工作相关政策.调动二级学院培养工作的积极性与创造性,大力提升培养工作效率。本研究构建了一套二级学院人才培养工作评价体系,供实践参考。
Gold medal employees have become the starting point and target of talent training work in higher vocational colleges. On the Background of autonomy in running schools of secondary college, developing evaluation of training work of gold medal employees, ensure that every related policies be applied efficiently, arouse the enthusiasm of secondary college's training work, promote its efficiency. In this study, we construct a evaluation system for the practice reference.
