基于随机时间序列的数控机床伺服系统故障频率预测 被引量:5

摘要 数控机床作为装备制造业的工业母机,拥有十分精密的结构。机床的各个部位都可能出现不定期的故障,此时所体现的随机性的变化特点,就是使用随机时间序列法对数控机床故障频率预测的理论依据。数控机床伺服系统的性能决定了数控机床的速度和精度等技术指标,因此,研究数控机床伺服系统故障频率的发展趋势十分重要。本文通过随机时间序列法建立某型国产数控机床伺服系统的故障频率预测模型,并对其进行预测,以保证故障频率预测值的准确度。为后续的使用和设计提供度量,也可以作为今后改进设计的依据。 As industrial tools in the equipment manufacturing industry,CNC machine possess a very sophisti-cated structure. The various parts of the machine may arising failure from time to time with the characteristic of random. The characteristic can provide theoretical basis to predict the failure frequency of CNC with time series method. The specification of the speed and the accuracy of CNC are decided by the function of servo system in CNC machine,therefore it is very important to research into the development trend of the failure frequency of servo system in CNC machine. In order to provide standard for subsequent use and design,this article estab-lished forecasting mode of a certain type of domestic servo system in CNC machine with time series method, and predicted it to ensure the accuracy of the prediction. It can subsequent some measures for use and design, and can also be used as the basis for design improvements in future.
