摘要
为了完成柔性集装袋自动生产装备底袋缝纫工位中的底袋自动缝纫功能,提出了一种可以完成底袋上料和缝纫的衔接、底袋缝纫等功能动作的关键机构——回转鼓轮机构。首先建立了基于SIMULINK模块的双电机匹配运动模型,求取鼓轮机构的运行曲线。然后通过鼓轮受力分析,选取最恶劣情况下受力进行静力学仿真,计算其应力、变形分布。最后对回转鼓轮进行优化,优化后的鼓轮结构,在满足生产安全要求的情况下,质量减少了27.77%。

At the end of the rotary drum drum were optimized, the optimized structure, and to meet safety requirements, quality is reduced by 27.77 %.
