摘要
目的 研究制备分离纯化高纯度菊苣 (cichoric acid)标准对照品的高效液相色谱 (HPL C)方法 ,为该类保健食品及中草药中菊苣酸的标准化定量分析方法提供标准对照品。 方法 原料制成水溶液→静态模分离→醇沉→HPL C分离制备→真空浓缩结晶→纯度检测→产品。 结果 该法所得产品纯度大于 99% ,制备收得率大于 80 %。 结论 方法简便 ,生产周期短 ,产品质量高 ,产品完全可应用作为分析方法的标准对照品。
Objective To establish high performance liquid chromatography produced method of cichoric acid standard. Methods Raw material dissolved in water→Separated on static state by membrane→Deposited by methanol→Isolation and purification by prepatative HPLC→Concentrated and crystallized in vacuum →Detection of purification →Obtaining standard product. Result The purification of product is higher than 99%(HPLC) and cichoric acid recovery form raw material by the produced method is higher than 80%. Conclusion The produced method is simple and rapid, the product owns high and stabilized quality.
