摘要
在对曲轴圆角滚压加工过程分析的基础上,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件的LS-DYNA模块建立了其圆角滚压动态分析模型;并基于该模型分析了滚压过程中工艺参数对曲轴圆角处塑性变形及残余应力的影响规律。研究结果表明:在滚压力一定时,随着滚压圈数的增加,滚压圆角处塑性变形量和残余应力增大,但达到一定圈数后,塑性变形量和残余应力的变化幅度不再明显。滚压圈数一定时,随着滚压力的增大,塑性变形量与残余应力增加速率随滚压力的增加不断减小。研究结果为曲轴滚压加工过程中工艺参数的选取提供理论依据。
A dynamic crankshaft fillet rolling model was established, based on the analysis of the fillet rolling process by using the LS-DYNA module of the ANSYS software, and it was used to analyze the effects of the process parameters on the plastic deformation and residual stress in the fillet area. The research results show that the plastic deformation and residual stress in the fillet area increase with the increasing rolling turns under the fixed rolling load, but its change rate would not be obvious again once the rolling turns reached a certain value. Whereas the growth rate of the plastic deformation and the residual stress decrease continuously with the in- creasing rolling load when the rolling turn was fixed. The research result can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of crankshaft rolling process parameters.
