摘要 为了将南水北调中、西线工程调水对水源区水资源产生的不利影响控制在可接受范围内,首先介绍了中线工程水源区的水资源开发利用现状,并从下泄流量、下游水位、河势、防洪、供水、环境、发电、航运等方面详细阐述了调水所产生的影响,并提出了应对措施,包括引江补汉、洪水资源化利用、节水和治污以及实行水资源统一调度等。阐明了西线工程对水源区水情、生态环境和用水的影响,并提出了进一步研究的想法和建议。 In order to control the unfavorable impacts of Middle Route Project ( MRP) and Western Route Project ( WRP) of South-to-North Water Diversion on water resources in water source area to an acceptable level, firstly, the development and u-tilization situation of water resources in water source area of MRP is introduced. The influence of water diversion is demonstrated in the aspects of discharge volume, downstream water level, river regime, flood control, water supply, environment, power gen-eration and navigation, etc. , and the countermeasures are put forward, including water diversion from Yangtze River to Hanjiang River, flood resources utilization, water saving and sewage treatment, and unified water resources regulation. The influence of WRP on water regime, ecology and environment and water consumption in water source area is described, and the further study i-deas are proposed.
