摘要
采用先开炼再挤出的成型工艺制备短切聚酯纤维(PF)增强木塑复合材料(PWPC),分析了PF的添加量及长度对复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明,添加长度为2 mm的PF时,几乎无法起到增强作用;随着PF添加量和长度的增加,PWPC的力学性能稍有提高。当PF长度为4 mm、添加量为6%时,其弯曲强度和冲击强度分别提高了5%和6%,表现出较好的综合力学性能;同时耐水性能显著改善,31 d常温吸水率下降26.4%,2 h沸水吸水率下降23.4%。
Short cut polyester fiber(PF) reinforced wood-plastic composites (PWPC) was prepared by open mill and extrusion molding process,the influence of the dosage and length of PF on the mechanical properties'were investigated. The results indicated that the incorporation of PF with the length of 2 mm caused no enhancement on the mechanical properties of wood flour/HDPE composite. With the increasing dosage and length of the PF,the mechanical properties of PWPC improved slightly. The PWPC contained 6wt% PF and 4.ram length was obtained the best mechanical properties in the test,which flexural and impact properties improved 5% and 6%,respectively. The 31 days cold water absorption and 2 hours boiling water uptake decreased 26.4% and 23.4% simultaneously.
