摘要
发展与人权是人类文明的重要标志,是现代人类追求全面自由发展的重要路径。发展权利的提出以及发展的人权目标的呈现,使发展与人权相结合,相促进。从尊重、保障和实现人权出发谋划和推动发展,可以多维度、全方位地提升发展质量。其中社会、文化、环境等是最基本的方面。以人权促发展,可以使社会更加公平、文化更加丰富、环境更加友好。
Development and human rights are important symbols of human civilization,and important paths of pursuit of full and free development of modern humans. Development rights and the human rights objective of development proposed,the tw o paths come into combination and promote each other. From is respect,protection and realization of human rights to plan and promote development can enhance the quality of development multi- dimensionally and comprehensively. Society,culture and environment are the most basic dimensions. T o promote development through human rights can make society fairer,culture richer and environment more friendly.
