Captopril和电针刺激的镇痛作用

摘要 本文报导了经蛛网膜下腔及侧脑室注射血管紧张素转化酶特异性抑制剂Captopril和电针刺激对大鼠痛阈的影响,以及它们与阿片肽系统的关系。发现蛛网膜下腔及双侧侧脑室注射Captopril可产生明显的、长时间的镇痛作用,此作用可被静脉注射纳洛酮部分阻断;2~15Hz转换频率,30分钟电针刺激双侧足三里和三阴交可产生明显镇痛作用,该作用可被Captopril所加强;而纳洛酮可部分阻断两者合用时的镇痛效果。实验表明captopril可在脊髓和脑的水平发挥镇痛作用,其机理可能是降低了中枢内血管紧张素Ⅱ的含量而引起的,而且与内阿片肽的释放有关。 Analgesic effect of captopril and electroacupuncture stimulation was studied in Wistar Rabbit. The results were as follows: 1) Significant long-term analgesia was produced by injection of Captopril into subarachnoid cavity or lateral ventricle. 2) Electroacupuncture with alterative frequency 2-15 c/s in Zusanli and Sanyinjiao points for 30 minutes could produce analgesia, and this effect could be strengthened by captopril. 3) Analgesic effect produced by captopril and electroacupuncture could be blocked by naloxone.
