摘要
从十字花科植物菘蓝 (IsatistinctorialL .)的根中首次分离鉴定出一组含有三种分子的高级不饱和脂肪酸 ,命名为板蓝根组酸。并发现其对人多形核细胞 (PMN)氧化作用及化学发光具有激活作用 。
Objective:To make isolation of a fraction and its subfractions from ′Banlangen′,root of Isatis tinctoria L.,and study their immunocompetence.Methods:A fraction 3 and its subfractions were isolated from ′Banlangen′with dry-column flash chromatography.It was tested that the effect of those fractions on chemiluminescence(CL) reaction of human polymorphonuclear cells (PMN).Results:A group of higher unsaturated fatty acids that contain three different moleuculse were isolated and elucidated from ′Banlangen′for the first time and was named Banlangen-acids.A two-way immunocompetence was found form fraction 3 and its subfractins.Conclusion:There are some anti-inflamation components in fraction 3 and its subfractions from ′Banlangen′.Banlangen-acids take an important role in it.
