摘要
采用机械性能、耐热性、红外、DSC等分析测试方法,系统研究了PC/PBT抑制酯交换反应的方法,试验发现AMSP在钝化PBT中残留T1催化剂方面添加0.3phr时效果最佳;试验还进一步发现,用SAG(SAN~GMA)对PBT采取封端的方法钝化其端~COOH也是抑制酯交换反应的可行的手段,在实际应用中两者可复合使用,并指出GMA含量在2名~5%为最佳范围。
Choosing mechanical properties, heat resistance property, IR, DSC analysis test method, the ester exchange inhibition of PC/PBT was studied, the results found that AMSP was the best in residuing Ti catalysts in PBT when its dosage was 0.3 phr. Experiment also found that adding SAG (SAN - GMA) in PBT, reacting with -COOH was also a feasible method of ester exchange inhibition. The two methods cound be used together. The results points out that the best scope of GMA content was 2% - 5%.
