摘要
目的 研究术前化疗组乳腺癌病理形态及DNA倍体变化 ,为临床选用敏感化疗药物提供依据。方法 应用病理形态学观察、图像细胞光度计 (ICM )及流式细胞仪 (FCM ) ,综合判断术前化疗组乳腺癌疗效。结果 化疗病理形态学改变Ⅰ期 5 6例、Ⅱ期 1 7例、Ⅲ期 6例。两种测定仪DNA指数 (DI值 )、S期比较差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 认为ICM、FCM及病理形态变化综合判断指标可作为评价乳腺癌化疗疗效的依据。
Objective To study the effect of DNA content and various parameters in evaluating the effect of chemotherapy on breast cancer.Methods By means of ICM,FCM,pathological histology and histochemical method,79 breast cancer were examined.Results The DNA index and S phase of two groups were not significant different (P>0.05) The histological change of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ phase was seen 56 cases ,17cases ,and 6cases respectively in chemotherapy group.Conclusions These results indicate that various parameters of pathologic morphology may be helpful in evaluating the effect of chemotherapy on breast cancer.
