摘要
巨磁阻抗(GMI)传感器因其具有灵敏度高、反应怏、低功耗、稳定性好,又可以微型化,利于集成的特点,成为近年磁传感器的研究热点之一。本文叙述了近些年来国内外关于巨磁阻抗的研究进展,分别从非晶丝、非晶带以及薄膜三方面进行了介绍,并指出巨磁阻抗传感器研究的发展趋势及问题所在。
Due to its high sensitivity, fast response, low power consumption, good stability and easily to integrate, giant magneto-impedance (GMI) sensors have attracted intensive research in the field of magnetic sensors. The recent developments of GMI sensors including amorphous wires, amorphous ribbons and magnetic thin films type, are reviewed. The trend and the issues needed to solve in future are also pointed out in this paper.
