摘要
目的评价实施持续质量改进干预措施对降低传染病漏报率,提高传染病报告准确率、完整率、诊断符合率的效果。方法 2010-2012年医院信息管理系统(HIS)中传染病患者疫情监测上报共16 279例,比较实施干预措施后医院传染病的漏报率、准确率、完整率、诊断符合率,采用SPSS11.0统计软件进行数据统计分析。结果共监测上报传染病16 279例,上报率100.00%,报告及时率100.00%;住院患者传染病漏报率由2010年的2.38%下降至2012年的0.69%,报卡完整率由2010年的75.44%上升至2012年的97.87%,报卡准确率由2010年的87.72%上升至2012年的100.00%,诊断符合率由2011年的57.45%上升至2012年的98.85%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据医院传染病疫情管理质量中存在的不足,采取连续有效的实时改进措施,能有效提高传染病疫情管理质量。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of intervention study of executing continuous quality improvement in redcuing the rate of missing report on infectious diseases and in improving the rate of accurate ,integrate and diagnose accordance report on infectious diseases .METHODS With a continuous monitoring for the report of 16279 cases of infectious disease in hospital from 2010 to 2011 ,and the rate of missing ,accurate ,integrated and diagnose accordance report before and after the intervention study was compared ,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS 11 .0 software .RESULTS Totally 16279 reporting infectious diseases were moni-tored during 2010 to 2012 .The reporting rate was 100% ,The timely reporting rate was 100% .In 2010 year ,the rate of missing report of hospitalization patient was 2 .38% .The rate of integrated report of hospitalization patients was 75 .44% .The rate of accurate report of hospitalization patients was 87 .72% .And the rate of diagnose accordance report of hospitalization patients was 57 .45% .However ,in 2012 ,the rate of missing report of hospi-talization patients was 0 .69% .The rate of integrated report of hospitalization patients was 97 .87% .The rate of accurate report of hospitalization patients was 100% .And the rate of diagnose accordance report of hospitalization patients was 98 .85% .The difference was significant （P＆lt; 0 .05） .CONCLUSION According to the insuffice of administration quality of infectious diseases in hospital ,a continuous ,effective ,real time ,improvement are gotten so as to effectually improve the administration quality of infectious disease in hospital .
