摘要
企业财务活动为企业生存和发展提供了强有力的支持和保障。然而在企业内外部环境时刻变化的今天,企业财务风险的问题日益突出。本文基于风险管理理论,按照风险管理的三个阶段进行研究。首先进行企业财务风险辨识,剖析企业财务活动中存在的各种风险;其次提出运用模糊综合评价法建立预警模型的一般思路,进行风险评价;最后提出风险管控措施,使财务活动在企业中更好的发挥作用。
Financial activities provide strong support and guarantee for the survival and development of enterprises. However, the internal and external environment changes every moment. Financial risks in enterprises are increasingly prominent. Based on the theory of risk management, this thesis researches the problem by the three stages of risk management. Firstly, it studies the financial risk identification, analyzes the risks during the process of financial activities. Secondly, it puts forward the general idea of the establishing the pre-warning model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk. Finally the thesis puts forward the risk control measures to play a better role in financial activities in enterprises.
