摘要
在内径Φ=160 mm的填料塔内,以空气-水为物系,对塑料花环填料的流体力学性能进行了测定.通过对实验数据的回归分析,推出了其填料层压降,液泛气速关联式,对实验值和计算值进行了比较,计算出平均相对误差为3%.与大型散装填料相比,塑料花环填料具有良好的流体力学性能,该研究结果对塑料花环填料的工业应用有指导意义.
The hydrodynamic and mass transfer performance of plastic star shaped packing are studied in a 160mm ID tower with air-oxygen-H20. By regressing experimental data, the correlated expressions of the pressure drop, the factor of flooding point, the liquid holdup and velocity, and their errors were calculated. The average error is less than 3% ,Compared with the large-scale bulked packing plastic star shaped packing has a better hydro mechanical performance, the overall volumetric mass-transfer coefficient were obtained. The research results of rosette filler have reference value of industrial application.
