摘要
目的 :通过实验研制出稳定的、有效的盐酸环丙沙星滴耳液。方法 :采用加速破坏的方法筛选处方 ,用紫外分光光度法测定含量并进行初步稳定性考察、毒理学试验、体外抑菌试验。结果 :以甘油为赋形剂 ,0 .3%盐酸环丙沙星滴耳液含量测定的平均回收率为 99.6 4% ,CV为 0 .5 6 ;对G+ 菌的MIC90 为 2 μg/mg ,对G-菌的MIC90 为 1~ 8μg/mg。 结论 :研制方法可行、可靠、实用。
OBJECTIVE:To develope a stable and efficient ciprofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops.METHOD:Screen the prescription by accelerating destruction and measure the content by ultrariolet spectrophotometry.The preliminary stability test,toxicology test,pathology test and external anti bacteria test were carriedont.RESULTS:With glycerin as vehicles,ciprofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops were assaged and the average recovery was 99.64%,CV was 0.56,MIC 90 against G + bacteria was 2μg/mg and MIC 90 against G - bacteria was 1~8μg/ml.CONCLUSION:This method was reliable and practical.
