风电场升压变压器低压侧测控保护装置设计

摘要 设计了一种用于风电场箱式升压变压器低压侧的测控保护装置,该装置以32位ARM处理器MB9BF618为控制核心,实现了对箱式升压变压器低压侧的电压、电流、功率等电参数的测量,并具有三段式电流保护、过负荷保护、零序保护等保护功能。重点介绍了测控保护装置的信号采集电路、开关量输入/输出电路和通信接口电路,给出了交流信号的检测算法和部分测试结果,介绍了保护功能的配置方法。该装置具有功能完善、保护配置灵活、运行可靠等特点,可以完成对风电场升压变压器低压侧的测量、保护和控制任务。 The measuring control and protection device was designed for the low-side of box-type step-up trans-former in wind farm, the 32-bit ARM processor MB9BF618 was used as a core component in this device, it could realize the measurement of electrical parameters such as voltage, current and power, and the device had the func-tion of protection such as three-phase current protection, overload protection, zero-sequence protection. The schematic diagrams of the signal sampling circuit, switch signal input/output, communication interface were giv-en, and the detection algorithm of AC signal, test results, matching method of protection were introduced. This de-vice had the features of complete functions, easy protection configuration and high reliability, which could realize such tasks as measuring, protecting and controlling for the low-side of step-up transformer in wind farm.
