摘要
目的观察心脏再同步治疗(CRT)对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法选取2012—2013年入我院进行治疗的CHF患者20例,均实施CRT,比较手术前后患者各项心功能指标变化情况。结果患者均顺利完成手术。患者术后左心室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏量(SV)高于术前,左房室最大瞬间反流面积小于术前(P<0.05)。结论 CRT治疗CHF临床效果较好,患者心功能状况改善明显,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of cardiac resynchronization therapy （CRT） on congestive heart failure （CttF）. Methods 20 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were implemented CRT. The cardiac func- tion before and after treatment were compared. Results All patients were successfully completed operation. After operation, the LVFS, LVEF, SV were higher than those of before operation, maximum instantaneous left atrioventricular regurgitation area was less （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion CRT in treating CHF has a higher efficacy, being worthy of promotion.
