摘要
经济性对民机项目商业成功至关重要,概述了民机项目定费用设计的起源和基本概念,分别讲述研制费用的估算方法,设计经济性对单机成本的影响,设计经济性对运营成本的影响,总结出定费用设计是民机项目成本控制的关键。
The economics is the very important factor of business success for a commercial aircraft project. This paper introduces the origin and essence of design to cost. The method of design cost estimating, the design influ- ence to manufacture cost and operation cost are also discussed. Finally it is concluded that design to cost is sticking point of commercial aircraft project cost control.
