摘要
以正硅酸乙酯、钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2-SiO2复合溶胶,研究Ti/Si摩尔比和乙醇稀释倍数对复合溶胶密度、固含量、折射率、黏度及凝胶时间的影响.结果表明,随着Ti/Si摩尔比和乙醇稀释倍数的增大,复合溶胶的黏度、固含量、密度和折射率随之减小,凝胶时间延长.SiO2-TiO2复合溶胶的最佳Ti/Si摩尔比为3,EtOH稀释倍数为5.
Using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS)and tetrabutyl titivate(TBOT)as raw materials ,the com-posite TiO2-SiO2 sols have been prepared by sol-gel method .The influence of Ti/Si molar ratio and EtO H dilution multiples on the density ,content of solid ,refractive index ,viscosity and gel time of the composite TiO2-SiO2 sols were discussed .The results show that ,with the increase of Ti/Si molar ratio and EtO H dilution multiples ,the density ,content of solid ,refractive index and viscosity of the compos-ite TiO2-SiO2 sols decrease and the gel time also decreases .The appropriate Ti/Si molar ratio for com-posite TiO2-SiO2 sols is 3 and the EtOH dilution multiple is 5 .
