摘要
高中地理新课改对教师专业化发展提出了新要求.本文通过调研发现,地理教师存在教学理念滞后、对新课程内容理解不深、知识体系不完整等问题,而忽视学科地位、体制障碍和学习条件有限是影响地理教师专业化发展的主要因素.最后提出了提高地理教师专业化水平的有效途径.
The new curriculum reform for high school has made new demands on the professional development of geography teachers. Through the study this paper found that the teaching philosophy of geography teachers lag behind the development of teaching, the understanding of the new curriculum content is not thorough, the teacher's knowledge is incomplete, and so on. The main factors, which impact the professional development of geography teachers, Finally, are the negligence of discipline status, the institutional barriers and the limited - learning conditions this paper put forward some measures to improve the professional level of geography teachers
