摘要 目的:探讨对慢性肾功能衰竭患者行饮食护理干预措施的效果。方法:将2009年3月—2011年3月在我们干部保健所就诊的34例慢性肾功能衰竭患者分成观察组与对照组,观察组17例采取饮食护理干预措施,制定合理的饮食护理康复手册,增加营养,给予饮食指导,对照组17例不作干预,以并发症出现早晚和住院时间长短为观察指标。结果:观察组患者采用的各种饮食护理措施效果优于对照组。结论:通过对34例慢性肾功能衰竭患者行饮食护理干预措施,能够提高患者的生活质量、减少并发症发生率、缩短住院时间和延长存活率。 Objective: To explore the chronic renal failure patients on diet nursing intervention effect. Methods: the 2009 March - 2011 March in our cadre health care treatment of 34 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into observation group and control group, 17 cases in observation group take diet nursing intervention measures, formulate diet nursing and rehabilitation guide, a reasonable increase nutrition, diet guidance, 17 cases in the control group without intervention, with complications occurrence time and length of hospital stay were observed. Re- sults: To observe the effect of various dietary nursing measures is better than that of the control group patients. Conclusion: through the 34 cases of patients with chronic renal failure diet nursing intervention measures, can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of com- plications, shorten the hospitalization time and prolon~ the survival rate.
